FROM THE IDEA
TO THE PROJECT
The beating heart of Cappello Group S.p.A. is represented by a team of young technicians and designers who coordinates the research, development and design activities and processes of new systems on a daily basis and also takes care of the optimization of existing ranges on the basis of market experiences. In our technical department, the entire design process linked to the development of a new product is followed down to the smallest detail. starting from the idea, we progressively move on to the project, to rapid prototyping, to the use of systems and equipment for production, to packaging, to any other design phases and to the testing phase. Furthermore, the EKLIP brand window systems are designed here, from the thermal break aluminum profile to the accessories for the production of the window, including all product certification processes.

The Eklip thermal break profile comes from a fully automated production line that allows us to quickly and competitively assemble aluminum profiles and polyamide bars of the most disparate shapes.

SEMI-FINISHED
In the semi-finished department we carry out cutting, milling, drilling, notching and cambering operations on all aluminum profiles in the Eklip collection using numerically controlled work centres.
